LB Header Maker(Post Below)

Made this form for people who want an lb header for there page,instead of the defalt one.If you have a picture or a link to the picture,just post it on this form.I will post headers on this form as soon as I can.

This is some stuff i do on the side on the weekdays so don't hesitate to ask.I want to help out the community.

IMPORTANT:You need to reset your appearance to the LB Default one for it to fit properly or else it won't work.When you get your lb header,click on the image first then download it.If you have any problems with you header please private message me.Thank you reading.
