Need help with youtube background

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=IW4AWNP5 thats the file of my background, whats wrong with it? it doesnt upload on my channel it just stops and shows the choose file button again and the background is white, how do i fix it? Could someone send me a new file of my background that could work? would be appreciated a lot :D
