Permalink Reply by Ladd279 on May 12, 2012 at 2:06pm film for your self, i don't know why people always say this. its not that hard at all. like most things you just need to practice. If you have to theres bunch of tutorials on youtube that can help

Permalink Reply by H TIO on May 12, 2012 at 2:14pm People who can't film themselves don't deserve to be on a team at all... but that's maybe because I have a completely different view on teams than most randoms here.
unless you have something to offer a team (making graphics or parks) then not being able to film won't get you anywhere.like H Tio said there's no reason to try to get on a team if you can't film.

Permalink Reply by Airy Yawn on May 13, 2012 at 12:23am I think it comes down to when you make a team in s3 there is a filmer title in the team roles. like there street skater and vert skater ect.
but yah, everyone films their own stuff. and clips on the reel probably wont cut it either man. u should be able to edit a solo in movie maker at least.
the community evolved into this. it actually takes a good amount of talent and know how to be here.
learn to film, its not that hard. use movie maker. its not hard either.
Permalink Reply by Goonie on May 13, 2012 at 1:04am yeah man,i started with movie maker and i don't know shit about computers so that tells ya how easy it is.
watch alot of vids, see how different people film, and practice filming.the more you do it the better you will get at it.
don't sweat the whole team thing either, take the time to develop your style and technique..you put out some good vids and teams will look for you.
